Women Empowerment Programs
Abhivruddi’s Women Empowerment Programs are designed to strengthen the social, economic, and leadership capacities of women from marginalized and rural communities. Women remain central to family welfare and community development, yet systemic barriers such as limited access to education, healthcare, and financial resources restrict their potential. Our approach addresses these gaps through integrated, community-led interventions that create long-term, sustainable impact.
Women Empowerment Programs
The program emphasizes health and rights awareness by educating women on nutrition, maternal health, reproductive care, legal rights, and access to government welfare schemes. Through structured group meetings and awareness sessions, women gain the confidence to make informed decisions for themselves and their families, leading to improved household well-being and social resilience.
Economic empowerment is achieved through skill-based vocational training and entrepreneurship development. Women are supported to initiate and strengthen income-generating activities aligned with local market opportunities. These interventions enhance household income, reduce economic vulnerability, and promote financial independence.
Self-Help Groups (SHGs) form the backbone of this initiative. By enabling collective savings, credit access, and leadership development, SHGs empower women to become active decision-makers and contributors to community development. Donor support enables Abhivruddi to expand SHG outreach, deepen capacity-building efforts, and scale sustainable livelihoods for women-led households.
We empower people to unite around ideas that matter to them and together make those ideas come to life.
